Howard M. Brickner
Howard M. Brickner has practiced real estate law in New York for more than 40 years. He has extensive expertise in the area of real estate transactional law, representing both purchasers and sellers, and also has vast experience preparing and negotiating commercial and residential leases. Howard’s expertise also includes preparing condominium offering plans and representing buyers of new construction condominiums. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and the Western New England Law School.
Tracy E. Makow
Tracy E. Makow was a litigator for fifteen years before she began practicing real estate law fifteen years ago. She was a founding member of Stewart Occhipinti & Makow, LLP, a commercial litigation law firm with offices in both New York and New Jersey. She now represents purchasers and sellers of residential real estate, as well as sponsors of newly constructed and rehabilitated condominiums. Tracy is a graduate of Brandeis University and of the George Washington University School of Law where she was a member of the George Washington Law Review.
Tracy Tam
Tracy is a real estate paralegal with over 20 years of experience with both real estate mortgage banking and real estate purchase and sale transactions. Tracy handles bank transactions for all major lenders and mortgage institutions and reviews and prepares bank files and closing packages. Tracy also assists with the management of purchase and sale transactions.
Linda Valentin
Linda Valentin, with more than 20 years of experience working with real estate attorneys, is the administrative assistant to the professional staff at Brickner Makow LLP and aides the professional staff in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
